I went for a more stylized approach on the painting and this is what happened.
I took weeks to come up with this one. Several failed attempts in the bin and alot of head scratching over this. I wanted a pose that was going to show of Kerberos nicely - particularly his tail.
He's a Hell Wolf and his tail is webbed in the thickest part, he uses it to catch the bad souls and carry them down to the Underworld. When not using the web, Kerberos' tail is chained together.
